校則を守って、たのしい文化祭にしましょう！

■校内は土足禁止です。

お手数ですが、可能な方は上履きなどをご用意ください。
簡易スリッパも一定数ご用意しますが、かかとのある靴の方が動きやすいと思います。

※上履きとして認められるもの
・新品の靴(土足利用したことのないもの）
・体育館履き、バッシュ、室内履きのクロックス
・スクール用の上履き
・持ち込みのサンダル・スリッパ類(かかとのあるもの、底にゴムがあるものがおすすめです！）
など

■再入場禁止となります

校外への一時外出は不可となります。

■静かに登下校しましょう

駅から会場の間には住宅地もあるため、登下校はお静かにお願いします。

■入場時に年齢確認と手荷物検査を行います

20歳であることが確認できない方について、飲酒はご遠慮ください。(リストバンドによる確認を実施します)
※年齢確認に利用できるものは、運転免許証など氏名と年齢が確認できるものとなります

18歳未満の方は必ず「開催中の保護者の同伴」が必要となります。

また、安全な文化祭運営を行うため受付時に手荷物の確認をさせて頂きます。
受付の際、お手持ちのバッグを開けてお待ちください。

■喫煙は喫煙所でお願いします

喫煙所は外に出て右にある喫煙所でお願いします。
喫煙の際は、イベント指定のサンダル(昇降口(入口)に置いておきます)を必ずご利用ください。
サンダルが無い際は、サンダルが戻るまでお待ちください。(サンダルの数で人数を制限いたします）
近隣へのご迷惑となりますので、大きな声での会話は避けてください。
長時間の喫煙は避け、譲り合ってご利用ください。
現地に設置してある灰皿以外の利用は行わないでください。(空き缶など)

■飲食可能なエリアは限定されます

桜逢祭MAP 参照の上、所定の場所をお守りください。

■購買部・家庭科室では現金のみ利用可能となります

各種キャッシュレスなどはご利用頂けませんので、ご注意ください。

■ごみについて

ごみについては、イベント発生のもののみ「購買部」「家庭科室」を中心として回収いたします！
飲み終わった飲み物は、購買部までのお戻しにご協力ください！！
また、家庭科室でのごみについては「返却口」までお願いします！！
ごみの総量に制限があるため、お持ち込みのごみについては、お持ち帰りにご協力ください！！

■立ち入り禁止エリア

立ち入り禁止エリアには掲示を行う予定です。
全体での禁止エリアやスタッフ限定エリアに関して、一般の方の立ち入りはご遠慮ください。

■飲食物の持ち込みについて

飲料の持ち込みは禁止とします。
飲料の持ち込みがある場合、入場時に受付でお預かり致しますのでご了承ください。

食料については持ち込み可能としますが、飲食可能なエリアに限ります。
お持ち込み物品に関するゴミは、会場ゴミ箱への投棄ではなくお持ち帰りをお願いします。

■校内の備品は、大切に扱ってください

校内の備品はOKUTAMA+さんのご厚意によりお借りしているものとなります。
壊す、汚すなど無いよう細心の注意をお願いします。
理科室の備品(ビーカー、人体模型など)には手を触れないでください。

■防寒対策を！

前回開催時は4月1週でしたが、外の気温は一時5度まで下がることもありました！
ある程度の防寒対策をお願いします。
また、夜は冷えることも予想されますのでクロークへの上着のお預けなどはご検討の上でお願いします。

■電車でのご来場について

会場最寄りとなる「川井」駅にはICカードのチャージ用設備がありません！
ご来場前に必ず、ご自宅近くの駅にてあらかじめチャージをお願いします。

駅には「乗車駅証明書発行機」のみ設置されており、現金による切符の購入はできません。

川井駅到着時点でICカードの残額が不足している場合は降車時・乗車時にそれぞれ「乗車駅証明書」を発行し、最寄り駅の有人改札にて川井駅でチャージできなかった旨をご説明頂き、清算を行う流れとなります。

また、暗くなる18時から21時台くらいまでの間は川井駅からの誘導スタッフを配置する予定です。
ご来場の方はスタッフと一緒に登校ください。
(スタッフ配置の詳細な時間は追って公開致します）

最寄り駅は2つ手前の「沢井」駅ではなく「川井」駅となります！！
間違えやすいのでご注意ください！！

■お車でのご来場について

会場近辺には、校舎前の駐車場以外にコインパーキングなどはありません。
駐車場利用権をお持ちの方以外は、公共交通機関でのご来場をお願いいたします。
周辺店舗や家屋の駐車場の無断利用は絶対におやめください。
また、お車でご来場の方は十分な休憩を取り、安全運転をお願いします！

■迷惑行為、セクハラ行為等の禁止

器物の破損、来場者によるセクハラ行為、盗撮、盗聴、盗難などあらゆる迷惑行為を禁止します。
スタッフの指示に従っていただけない場合、ご退場頂く場合があります。

■その他基本的なこと

・校内は走らないでください！
・みんな仲良く！混雑時など、場所を譲り合ってご利用ください。
・困りごとは受付 もしくは 風紀委員(腕章付き)までお願いします。

Let’s follow the school rules and have a fun cultural festival!

Shoes are not allowed inside the building. Please prepare indoor shoes like slippers if possible. We will provide a limited number of simple slippers, but shoes with heels are recommended for easier movement.
*Acceptable as indoor shoes:
    New shoes (never worn outside)
    Gym shoes, basketball shoes, indoor Crocs
    School indoor shoes
    Brought sandals/slippers (with heels and rubber soles are recommended)
Re-entry is prohibited. Temporary exits to the outside of the school are not allowed.
Please be quiet when coming to and leaving the school. There are residential areas between the station and the venue, so please be quiet.
Age verification and baggage inspection will be conducted at the entrance. Please refrain from drinking alcohol if you cannot be confirmed to be 20 years old or older (verification will be done with a wristband).
*Acceptable for age verification: driver's license or any other document that can verify your name and age
    Those under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian during the event.
    For the safety of the festival, we will inspect your baggage at reception. Please open your bag and wait.
Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. The smoking area is located outside to the right. When smoking, please use the event-designated sandals placed at the entrance/exit. Please wait if sandals are not available (the number of sandals limits the number of smokers). Avoid loud conversations and long smoking sessions. Please do not use anything other than the provided ashtrays (e.g., empty cans).
Food and drink areas are limited. Please refer to the Sakura Festival MAP and stay in designated areas.
The home economics room and store only accept cash. Please note that various cashless payments are not accepted.
Regarding trash, we will collect only the waste generated by the event, centered around the store and home economics room. Please cooperate by returning finished drinks to the store. For trash generated in the home economics room, please return it to the "return slot." Due to limitations on the total amount of waste, please take home any trash you bring in.
No entry areas will be marked. Please refrain from entering general prohibited areas or staff-only areas.
Bringing in drinks is prohibited. Drinks brought in will be kept at reception upon entry.
    Food can be brought in but is limited to areas where eating and drinking are allowed. Please take home any trash related to your brought-in items.
Please handle school property with care. The school property is borrowed from OKUTAMA+ with great kindness. Please do not touch or damage items like beakers or human anatomy models in the science room.
Dress warmly! The last event was held in the first week of April, but the temperature sometimes dropped to 5 degrees. Please prepare for the cold, especially since it can get colder at night. Consider checking in your coat at the cloakroom.
Regarding train travel: The nearest station, "Kawai," does not have IC card charging facilities! Please charge your card at a station near your home before coming. The station has only a "boarding station proof issuance machine," and ticket purchases with cash are not possible. If your IC card has insufficient funds upon arriving at Kawai Station, obtain a "boarding station proof" at boarding and alighting, and explain at the manned gate of the nearest station that you couldn't charge at Kawai Station, and proceed to pay there.
    Staff will guide you from Kawai Station to the venue from about 18:00 to 21:00. Please come to school with the staff. (The exact timing of staff deployment will be announced later.)
Regarding car travel: There are no parking facilities other than the school's front parking lot nearby. If you do not have a parking permit, please use public transportation. Do not use parking lots of nearby shops or houses without permission. Please take breaks and drive safely if you're coming by car.
Prohibited actions include damaging property, sexual harassment, voyeurism, eavesdropping, theft, and any other nuisance behaviors. Failure to follow staff instructions may result in being asked to leave.
Other basic rules:
    Do not run inside the school!
    Let's all get along! Please give way to each other during busy times.
